Business problems when they become severe are usually exhibited as cash flow problems and/or a breakdown in relationships between the stakeholders in a business.

Where we are approached at an early stage we are able to provide the support and advice to remedy the core problems and issues. As an independent practice, we are able to bring a fresh view to the negotiating table and build a relationship to help resolve problems.

We recognise that it is your business and you have worked long and hard to get to where you are and that whilst we can provide advice the final decision is yours.
We provide the advice, assistance and sometimes the staff to overcome obstacles that appear to be insoluble or cause you to lose sleep. We understand these things. We know that you need a turnkey solution which solves the problem as well as the symptoms. It is why we do not put artificial limits on the consultancy services we provide.

We provide turnaround advice and active assistance if we are approached at an early enough stage. Regrettably, most approaches and requests for assistance are left until turnaround is a dream in the past and a rescue is required……..
